14. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly through the official Baésea Website.
Because our products are personal-care and cosmetic products, products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased, except where a product qualifies under our Return Policy or where a refund is required under applicable law.
A product may qualify for a return or replacement if:

A manufacturing defect is identified.

The issue is reported to Baésea within 4 business days of delivery.
Customers must contact us at info@baesea.com and provide their order number, details of the issue, and relevant photographs or videos where required.
Return requests will be reviewed by our Customer Care team. If the request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product or arrange a reverse pickup where applicable.
Once the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected to verify the claim.
The inspection will generally be completed within 3 working days of receiving the returned product.
If the return is approved, Baésea may provide:

A refund where applicable.
If the product does not meet the return eligibility requirements, it may be sent back to the customer.
Products that have been opened, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging may not qualify for return or replacement, except where required by law.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be sent to info@baesea.com as soon as possible, along with the relevant order number and reason for cancellation.
A prepaid order can be cancelled only before it has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
